Have now had time to put some more dates in the diary for Bread Making Days. If anyone is interested in joining us please just drop me an e mail to see if the date you would like has space. There are only four students per course, very hands on and great fun. You will leave with an armful of your own warm bread. What could be nicer!!

Dates for Pastry Courses will follow. They are also good fun, we make traditional apple strudel, classic pastry both savoury and sweet, Franipane Tart and glaze.
Seasonal Quiches, and small savouries using puff pastry.
